As the competitive battles of PBTAM 39: Nostalgia Season continue at full speed, we evaluated your feedback and reactivated the Point Return System with some new regulations.
In order for your requests to be reviewed more quickly and fairly, there are some important rules you need to pay attention to when submitting a ticket. To avoid any grievances, we would like to remind you that return requests that do not comply with the conditions specified below will be rejected.
⚠️ Situations Where Points Cannot Be Returned:
In mass disconnections caused by connection issues, not specifying the date and time of the disconnection.
Players with points under 1000 requesting a return. (These players will not be able to benefit from the system.)
The return request ticket not being sent by Saturday at 00:59 of the week the ban list is announced.
Not having played a match with the banned player within a maximum of the last 7 days. (No return will be made for matches older than 7 days.)
The submitted screenshot not being taken with the in-game F8 key.
Sharing the screenshot as a link by uploading it to external image upload sites. (Images must only be uploaded directly to the
Changing the original name of the screenshot in the Documents > Point Blank folder.
Reducing the original quality and size of the screenshots by uploading and downloading them through various applications.
Making any edits on the screenshot such as drawing, deleting, cutting (cropping), etc.
Not clearly specifying the date of the ban list and the player's name in the ticket.
✅ Situations Where Point Return Requests Will Be Accepted (Returns Will Be Made)
For your point return requests to be approved quickly and your return to be processed smoothly, your application must fully meet all the criteria below:
Point Limit: In order to benefit from the point return system, your current points in your account must be 1000 or above.
Timely Application: The Support (Ticket) containing your return request must be sent through our system no later than Saturday at 00:59 of the week the relevant ban list is announced.
Match Date: The match you played with the banned player and lost points must have been played within a maximum of 7 days retrospectively from the ticket submission date.
Correct Screenshot (F8): The screenshots you submit must be taken directly in-game using the F8 key.
Original File Name: The screenshot must be sent with its original name automatically created by the system in the Documents > Point Blank folder on your computer (without changing any letters, spaces, or numbers).
Unedited Image (Originality): The screenshot must not be edited in any way such as drawing, scribbling, deleting, cutting, cropping, or marking and must be left completely in its original state.
Original Quality and Size: The quality or size of the screenshots must not be deteriorated by transferring and downloading/uploading them via various applications (WhatsApp, Discord, Paint, etc.).
Direct Upload: Instead of uploading the images to external image upload sites (as links), they must be uploaded directly to the Support (Ticket) System as an attachment.
Complete Information: In the description section of your ticket, it is mandatory to clearly specify the date of the published ban list and the in-game name of the relevant banned player.
Mass Disconnection Notifications: In point losses experienced due to connection-based, server-based mass disconnections, the date and time of the disconnection must be clearly stated in the ticket.
Tickets created in accordance with these conditions will be quickly reviewed by our Support Team, and the point returns of our troopers who meet the criteria will be reflected in their accounts.
We advise you to pay strict attention to these rules when creating your point return requests. Applications that do not comply with the rules will not be processed.
