Reporting insults and offensive language is now much easier!

You no longer need to take screenshots and submit a separate ticket to the support system when you encounter events that disrupt your gaming experience, such as swearing, insults, or toxic behavior.

Everything can be done easily from within the game!

📌 So How Does the System Work?

Let's say you encounter a player who is swearing or insulting during a game. What you need to do is very simple:

⭕ Right click on the player's name or press ESC in the match,

⭕ Click on "Report" from the menu that opens.

⭕ Select the player you want to report.

⭕ Check the "Profanity / Insult" category.

⭕ Finally, click the "Report" button.

That's it!

The report you send will reach us directly and will be recorded by the system.

The player's chat records will be analyzed automatically and the necessary action will be taken as soon as possible within the framework of the rules.

💬 Why Was This System Developed?

One of the biggest challenges players faced with the previous system was that they had to take screenshots for each incident and go to the support page and create a ticket.

This situation caused both a waste of time and the inability to investigate some incidents quickly enough.

Thanks to the new system:
