How Did the Old System Work?

In our previous system, in the event of entering an incorrect password 10 times in a row via the website or launcher,
a 1-hour login restriction (temporary ban) was automatically applied by the system to protect account security,
 and our players had to wait for this period to expire.

New System: Instant Restriction Removal with OTP!

With the new update, we are eliminating the obligation to wait out the 1-hour restriction period.
When you find or remember your password, you can instantly remove the restriction yourself.

The new system works step by step as follows:

Enter Your Password: When you remember your correct password and attempt to log in to the system, a verification screen will appear. Click the Send OTP button.

Get the OTP Code: The system will automatically send a one-time OTP code to the verified e-mail address registered to your account.

Remove the Restriction: By entering the OTP code sent to your e-mail address into the relevant field on the screen and clicking the VERIFY button,
you can instantly remove the 1-hour restriction and immediately log into the game.

What Should You Do If You Don't Remember Your Password?

If you cannot remember your password at all after incorrect login attempts, you can follow these steps without having to wait for hours:

Start the password reset process by clicking the "Forgot Password" option on our website.

Successfully reset your password via your e-mail address.

When logging in with your newly set password, instantly remove your restriction by verifying the OTP code the system will send to your e-mail.

⚠️ Important Note: For this system to work flawlessly and to ensure full account security, the e-mail address registered to your account must be verified and accessible. For the sake of your security, do not forget to keep your e-mail information up to date.

To reset your password with your ID (if the e-mail address you use to log into the game is a verified e-mail address);

To reset your password with your Identity (if a different e-mail address than the one you use to log into the game is a verified e-mail address);
